We want you to love every piece. But if something doesn’t work out, our return and exchange process is simple and stress-free.


Standard Returns & Exchanges

You can return or exchange eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged

  • Tags must be intact, and original packaging should be included

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product


How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at care@fasanastory.com with your Order ID and reason for return

  2. Ship the item to our return address (shared upon approval)

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your:

    • Exchange (if size is available)

    • Refund via bank transfer or original payment method
      (COD orders are refunded via bank transfer only)

Note: Return shipping cost is paid by the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.


Sale Items Policy

  • Sale items can only be exchanged for a different size (if available)

  • No refunds or exchanges for a different article

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” are non-returnable


International Orders

If you're ordering from outside Pakistan:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange

  • Please contact us for the correct international return address


Received a Wrong or Damaged Item?

We’re truly sorry! We’ll fix it fast.

Please:

  • Email us at care@fasanastory.com within 24 hours of delivery

  • Attach clear photos of the item, packaging, and invoice

  • We'll offer a full refund, replacement, or exchange, and cover return shipping
